Get ready to enjoy Dubai’s first Four Seasons hotel scheduled for 2014

Finally, Global luxury hotel chain Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts becomes successful in getting developer and prime location for its first hotel in Dubai. The first four season hotel is scheduled to open on Jumeirah Beach by the mid of 2014, according to company.

The hotel is owned by Bright Start, based in Dubai but H&H Investment and Development is appointed as the development manager of Four Season hotel project. The hotel comprises of 237 rooms and owns 270 meters of beachfront and construction is already initiated on the project. According to spokesperson, more than 10 percent of construction work has already been completed but the total value of project has not been disclosed by the management yet. However, it is said that funding has already been secured in form of equity and debt.

The president and chief executive of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts disclosed in a press conference that the company was seeking to enter in the Dubai hospitality sector since long but we wanted to make an exemplary entrance in the market. Now we got a great location at Jumeirah Beach so we have started constructing signature Four Seasons hotel in Dubai. We have waited a lot to enter into Dubai but seeing the location, it can be said that it is worth waiting for. Jumeirah Beach is considered as one of the best beachfront locations in Dubai.

You might remember that back in 2004, Four Seasons and Al Futtaim announced to build Four Seasons Hotel Dubai at Festival City and supposed to accompany Al Badia Golf Course but the project was not moved ahead. The confidence in Dubai hospitality sector has been regained as tourism sector performance is also improved with new projects about to come in market such as W Hotel on the Palm Jumeirah being revived.

Considering the architectural exterior and innovative interior such as location and amenities, one can say that resort is set to raise the bar for luxury resorts in the region even higher.
